Lithium ion Battery UPS




SANYO DENKI offers three lithium-ion battery UPS systems: SANUPS A11K-Li, SANUPS E11B-Li Hybrid UPS, and SANUPS A11N-Li, a mid-capacity, double-conversion online model. Among UPSs with equivalent specifications, these are the first in the industry to use lithium-ion batteries.
The lithium-ion UPS offers an extended battery life, eliminating replacement needs, and operates effectively even in harsh environments due to its wide temperature range.
Long Life
These UPSs use lithium-ion batteries and the expected battery life is approximately twice as long as our conventional UPS that uses lead-acid batteries. These can operate continuously for 10 years without battery replacement, reducing the maintenance work and costs.

Wide Operating Temperature Range
The operating temperature range is -20 to +55°C for A11K-Li Model. This provides the product with a higher degree of freedom of installation, allowing it to be installed in locations with large temperature differences.

High Performance Model

Suitable Application:
Surveillance cameras, traffic control, and other equipment used in harsh environments. It offers higher reliability with an inverter module.

Suitable Application:
IDF cabinets, 3D printers, equipment in harsh environments, and applications requiring energy efficiency, etc.

Suitable Application:
Ideal for applications such as servers, telecommunication base stations, factory equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This product features excellent environmental resistance and a maintenance-free design for reliable, long-term operation.

Double Leak Proof
SANUPS superior double-sealed battery design prevents short circuits and important data loss.

Long Life
These UPSs use lithium-ion batteries, and the expected battery life is approximately twice as long as our conventional UPS that uses lead-acid batteries.

Coating Protection
SANUPS’s circuit boards are fully coated through soldering to prevent short-circuiting, caused by dusts and insects. Our dust filters are also available as an option.

Auto Health Check
SANUPS periodically performs an automatic battery test for maintenance purposes and sends notifications to the host if an issue occurs.

Noise Reduction
SANUPS emits the lowest electrical noise possible preventing potential problems to the connected loads. The circuits are designed in the acoustic anechoic chamber.

Wide temperature Range
The operating temperature range is -10 to + 55 ℃.

Wide Input Range
A11K-Li, E11B-Li, and A11M-Li provides value to customer with a very wide input voltage range.

Over Current Protection
SANUPS stops excessive currents when over current occurs resulted in no voltage change to the utility power and related equipment around.

Short Circuit Protection
SANUPS automatically disconnects the circuit in the event of the overload or short circuit, preventing damage to the network and equipment.

SHUTDOWN ASSISTANT SOFTWARE
SANUPS SOFTWARE is a shutdown assistant. By installing it on the shutdown target computers, your mission-critical equipment can be safely shutdown ensuring system uptime, data integrity, and the ability to maintain business continuity. The application shutdown function even shuts down Microsoft office applications as well.
SANUPS SOFTWARE is innovative software because it also has the capability of a commander server*1 (LAN Card functionality) as well as uninterruptible power supply system monitoring for today’s complicated IT infrastructure.
*1 To use the software as a commander, please connect the commander PC to the uninterruptible power supply via serial cable.
*1 Shutdown target devices need to be powered by the same uninterruptible power supply that the commander PC is powered by.
